Turned monitoring into code and fixed a fleet-wide Kubernetes metrics gap, propagating the solution declaratively across dozens of production clusters.

About
I build the platforms, observability and automation that let engineering teams ship safely and fast.
Over 20+ years I have moved from infrastructure and systems administration into DevOps/SRE and now Platform Engineering — the through-line being reliability, automation and removing friction for the people who build on top of my work.
Today I run enterprise observability and platform tooling at Richemont. On the side I operate Tailotek, a production SaaS running end-to-end on my own self-managed Kubernetes — which is also where this site is deployed, through GitOps.
What sets my work apart is how I use AI: MCP servers and multi-agent workflows that turn AI from a chat assistant into dependable engineering tooling, kept production-grade with SDD + TDD discipline.
